Today we're making strawberry cream cheese cake without baking.
And with that, hello and welcome to #karinaskochecke
The strawberry cream cheese cake is delicious and very refreshing.
The cream cheese cream makes it not too sweet either.
And here comes the recipe.
Ingredients for the soil
250g shortbread biscuits
120g melted butter
Ingredients for the cream
400g cream cheese double cream level I took Philadelphia.
2 cups of whipped cream
100g sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
3 packs of cream stabilizer
For covering
500g strawberries
2 packs of red cake topping
500ml cold water
4 tbsp sugar
Line 1 springform pan with baking foil
preparation
Melt 120g butter first and then leave to cool slightly in a bowl.
Process the biscuits into flour either with a carver or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
Now add the butter to the biscuit flour. Mix everything together well.
Line the springform pan with baking foil and distribute the biscuit base evenly in the springform pan.
Now put the springform pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now let's prepare the cream.
Mix 1 pck vanilla sugar and 2 pck cream stiffener
Pour the cream into a tall container and whisk well, then add the well-mixed ingredients and whip until stiff.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Now mix the sugar with 1 pck vanilla sugar and 1 pck cream stiffener.
Now add the mixed ingredients to the cream cheese and stir with a mixer until creamy and smooth.
Now spread the cream on the biscuit base and then put it in the fridge for another hour.
Now wash the strawberries, pat dry and quarter them.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and stir.
Now distribute the strawberries on the cream cheese cream from the outside in.
Now let's make the cake topping.
To do this, mix 2 packs of red cake glaze with 3 tablespoons of sugar, stir in 500ml of cold water and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then pour the icing into a liter and let stand for 2 minutes.
Now use a tablespoon to spread the icing over the strawberries.
Then put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
better still overnight.
After cooling, remove the cake ring and serve.
