So i used the breading mixture to make salmon patties. Just added egg and a little seasoning, fried them in avocado oil and they were delish!

I make a si ilar recipe.....1 tube of sausage, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 cup almond flour, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp baking powder. I'm sure you could sub her flour for the almond flour. 20 minutes at 375, turn half way through.

These look so good. I adapted a stuffed mushroom recipe for Thanksgiving and they were a hit. I used the protein breading instead of flour in the recipe.

I bet this will be good with carnivore "mash potatoes" with carnivore white gravy🤤 SAVED for later to try out.👌 O.K, I made them and we LOVED THEM!👌👍 with carnivore "mash potatoes", no gravy. We're alway hungry so, I made my meatballs the size of tennis balls😊 Because we DON'T own air fryer, I baked them in the oven for @40 minutes at 400 then, broiled them on low for additional 5 minutes to add some crunch.😁 Thanks again for another great recipe idea👍🤙👌

Personally, I can’t drink my coffee anymore with creamer I’ve gotten so used to the chocolate LMNT. It suits me just fine. I have use the caramel chocolate also ❤ love me some LMNT.

OK Indigo bless your heart I didn’t think I would ever find a sausage ball that I liked better than Bisquick and I was willing to indulge in those carbohydrates just because I liked them so much but I just made these cream cheese sausage balls with your protein mix in it I was skeptical, but they are delicious. Thank you again for your hard work and coming up with some of these recipes blessings PS I froze most of the balls and bagged them up to pull out for quick meal in the air fryer!

Pre-carnivore I would make sausage balls with bisquick, shredded cheese, and sausage. Now, I have swapped the bisquick with pork panko. They are so much better than the bisquick sausage balls!

Can you make the protein breading mix with xanthan gum? I know you don't really use it, but I have A LOT to use up? OR should it really be the gelatin because xanthan would just weird it up? Those look amazing and there's little time left to order beef gelatin AND make them for holiday dinners.
