Those look so good!! I had a triple bypass and a valve repair last year. I would love to do carnivore but don’t know if it would be good for me. I have gained about 23 pounds I would love to get off. It is so hard to lose weight- I am 74 and can’t do a lot of exercise. Anyway, so happy that you can do the carnivore diet- couldn’t believe how much weight you lost!!

Any substitute for pork skin? even if it is not completely carnivore.

You could look up how to make meat flour. The simplest way is to take canned chicken, drain it, and then slowly dehydrate it in the microwave and grind it into a fine powder. If you didn't want to do that there are plenty of keto flours you might could try.
