I love this recipe just as you make it or adding some fresh cream to make it less thick... served with some creamy potato scallop bake and some masala spiced basmati rice with pineuts. goes so well together

I followed the recipe and its soooooo delicious. I used cream cheese and added mushrooms but I'm sure with gorgonzola it tasts amazing.
