You should glue every joint in your construction. Here in the USA we use titebond glue. If it is available where you live, I highly recommend it. Waterproof and provides a union that is stronger than the screws. Fine work by the way.

With your moulds, if you were to make them deeper, and mark the plunger that goes through the top board, you could then fill your bricks to capacity then compact. Yes, do realise that you have to compact in sections, but, am thinking that by doing that, you could have different thickness bricks from the one mould.

What are you using to make the bricks from, portland cement and what else? Is that the same thing as ramed earth? Thanks

It can be done but lots of compacting for extra strength 12 bucket soil to 1 bucket cement hope that helps just remmber to water them for a week 2 times a day for even more strength you can also do soil then make mud mix and put them in fire to hardened them but have to leave them on the ground for a few days and put sand on them before putting into the fire u can dig a big hole and make a wall of wood and light it up with them in the center
