Thank you this is very helpful. I still have another challenge I am facing. What if I want to just map data in lets say alabama state? or just want to do the same thing in Italy as a country only for the regions in the country? I can do that under the 3D map but I can't somehow do the same on just the map feature on excel, thoughts?

Thank you, this was helpful. But I don't need the numbers. I need to know how to do this, for example have a state and have the different cities labeled on the map of the state. And let say, have listed 3 cities in the legend with their colour scheme and on the map have group of cities in the colour scheme of each of the cities in the legend in order to show a business in those 3 areas that services the 3 grouped cities. If you get what I mean. But you have given me an idea on how to go about what I need to do.
