Hello mellie13, You have probably set the form's access settings to Private or share the form link via Invite By Email in the Publish tab. These are the reasons why the form asks for log in. To overcome this, make sure the form's access settings remains Public. Here's a guide: www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form. After that, get the form link manually from the Publish tab and share it with your clients. They should be able to access the form immediately. Take note that when you share it through Invite By Email in the Publish tab, you are basically assigning that form through the Assign feature so the user will be asked to log in to view the form. Hello Gina, The QR Code of your app stays the same regardless of the changes to your app content. However, there are available 3rd party platform that will help you do the job like www.pwabuilder.com/. Just enter your app URL and they will generate a package file for you so you can download and publish them to the app stores you want. Hello Gina, That's possible when you create a form then change your form's thank you page to an external link and enter your app link in it so when the form is submitted, it will redirect to your app. Here's how to change your form's thank you page to an external link: www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page/. After that, you can invite your members to sign up by sending them the link to your form. No, the app you create can't be uploaded to App Store or Google Play Store Adam. They are meant to be shared directly to your users so they can view the app and install it on their device if they want to. You can share the app as a QR code or form link, whichever you prefer.

And also, if I have made some changes to the app, do the users need to download and install it again to see the updates?

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out. The app can be installed through the app link or QR code. The app can't work offline, it would require internet for the app to work because it works similarly to how you access a website. When you make changes to your app in the form builder, it will automatically reflect on the app. There's no need to redownload or update the app. You only have to close the app and open it again to see the new changes. That's right, it will open the app in the browser right away after you scan the QR code and click on the link on your first visit. On your next visit, you will see a prompt asking if you would want to install the app into your device so you can just click on the installed every time you want to use it, so revisiting the link isn't necessary.
