I love this video. However, I would’ve liked for you to give a thorough break down of how you set up each cell to populate the information. Example: you put duration 5 days, then start date, and the due date appeared. What did you put on the back end to ensure the information populates automatically and accurately?

Hi, loved the video and the template. but I would like to know if on dependencies there can be more than one row. What do I mean by that? let's say that you are building a house, to be ready, the inside (1st dependency) and the outside (2nd dependency) needs to be completed, if so EPIC "finished the project" at 0 days would need 1st and 2nd dependencies to be finished before the EPIC project can be labeled as completed. Was this calculated?

the Epic would be finish the project...the first subtask would then be put in "the inside" give it a start date, then the second subtask give it a start date and a dependance on the first subtask if there is any. IF you your start date happens while the inside work is still going on there will be a conflict...the total time for the two subtasks will be the total time for the epic
