This is the best video ever. I interviewed for a L&D project manager position and watched it in preparation for an interview I had a few weeks ago. I’m volunteering for this charity as a project manager which focuses on grant writing. I am left on my own to figure out the whole project from beginning to end. I don’t even know if I’m doing the right thing. They see me as their saviour but I’m pretty new to project management.

Project management is not easy, and especially cos it seems like they are looking for someone experienced , it doesn’t seem like you’ll have anyone to shadow or help you build up your experience

I’m working as a uni mes coordinator and there are no tools available, and I’m finding myself having trouble putting together excel info/data sheet with pertinent infos and formulas, rather than just me auditing it… Thank you for this, and would like to hear more about tools that help us keep ourselves organized… how to write or create a status report, a branding kit, (because I have to do it myself…) and how can I evolve within the organization, on the coordination side.
