Great tutorial! One thing I would add is if you want to move the circle from the center, you need to move the radius wipe center to the new center of your circle. I learned that the hard way. :)

When it is possible to insert a "stamp" with a file name and a time stamp into a video in the AP, can the recording date be inserted in the same way (or similarly)? It's part of the metadata so maybe it should go but I can't find how to do it?

Great video ! Question : let's say I want to make a 20s countdown but I don't want to start from 19 and end to 0, I prefer to make it start from 20s and end at 1s, is it possible to do it ?

This is a great tutorial but the Radial Wipe effect has been moved into the Obsolete pile and I'm sure will eventually be gone. I'm wondering if the same timer can be created without Radial Wipe or if some new effect that does essentially the same thing has been added.

Why when we apply video transition such as film dissolve to the nested countdown timer, it flickered?

for some reason, the radial wipe transition only starts activating at around 5 seconds into the clip, despite the keyframe being at the beginning

Update which storysium completely ignored/omitted to mention: The "wipe center" when selected must be in the center of your actual timer!!!! otherwise it will not work so select your graphic then radial wipe in effect control panel then make sure you click "wipe center" look at the video screen and drag the center icon to the center of your timer graphic. wow....without that, the wipe does not work because it takes into account the entire video screen and offsets how the wipe works. Another note: When you want to switch your interval timer from 20sec to 30sec, I haven't found an easy way (is there?) but to duplicate an instance of my timer clip (graphic + timecode =nested) that is on my main timeline and then double click to get inside of that clip. It seems as though you can't simply extend keyframes and update speed/duration from 20-30 sec...not directly on the timecode or the nested clip. I tried on all levels, everything I could with the original 20 sec clip. I had to create a new instance of the entire nested timer clip, double click into it, and then remove the old timecode effect and reapply which forced me to redo the mask and had to move the clock again plus apply ease in/out otherwise the original 20sec timer refused to change....has anyone applied 2 different timers on the same main timeline where you have multiple videos that need different timers and was able to make these timers show different time without redos? If anyone has a better solution for Premiere pro 2021, please suggest, I find these timecodes VERY time consuming when you have a how-2 video for a workout with 20 sections that are back to back, that tell the viewer to switch from one position to another and instead of 20 sec to hold for 30 grr. Premiere must make these easier to implement!! Please tell me I'm doing this wrong because it can't be this convoluted.

What am I missing? The Radial Wipe doesn't wipe as shown in your video, but more like wiping off a table if that makes sense.

I am a newbie to premier pro and i gotta say this didnt work so well for me. I was able to do both tutorials separately but dont quite understand how to use the crop feature once i have my circle made? I end up cropping everything in that frame

Tried the simple version many times but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I need a 5min timer but it just doesn't match, I matched the transparent video to my clip exactly but it keeps giving me 5:39 instead of 5:00. When I select my clip, it says it starts at 0:39secs? If someone knows how to fix it, please let me know Thanks
