The Google Chart API featured in our video has since been deprecated. To address this, we've integrated a similar alternative QR code generation service into our QR code generator. Grab an updated copy of the QR code generator here: 👉 pages.xelplus.com/sheets-qrcode-file Please note, Google no longer supports copying and pasting QR codes directly into other applications. Instead, you can use a screenshot tool, such as the Windows Snipping Tool, to capture the QR code and paste it into your documents.

when I change the chs value, say for example 1000x1000, it doesn't seem to respond and the QR code image disappears. what could be wrong here?

Watched 5 other videos on how to make “free” QR codes. But they’re all through random websites, really confusing, and I wasn’t convinced it was actually free. This is by far the best video I could find and is actually free!

Hi, Leila, first of all thanks heaps for this very helpful and clear video. A couple months ago I've successfully used this QR code function in a Google Sheet but I've made a very stupid mistake. I'm afraid I have deleted the original file from my Google Drive (freeing up space, you know..) so the link in the QR code is no longer pointing to any file 😞 I do still have the PDF file on my computer so my question to you and all here is: is there any way of keeping the exact QR code (used on POS materials) and replace the doc link it's pointing to? Thanks in advance for any help or ideas you may have. Kind regards, Johan

Very helpful video with simple, clear instructions on how to set this. I was a click away from paying for a subscription. The only reason I didn't take the paid sub was because it said I would loose my QR codes when I stopped paying.
