After Christmas, I change our tree into a winter tree, with snowflakes, icicles, silver leaves, white forest animals. I love it!

My sister leaves her Christmas tree up all year long with the decorations on the tree. She covers it with a sheet. Her tree is so beautiful. She has a train that runs around the middle section of the tree and a train that runs around the base on the floor. She has some of her homemade ornaments she made when she did ceramics and other crafts and sold at craft shows. She would always sell out, and customers would pre-order and she had a full time job and would do her ceramics at night and on weekends. Her Ceramic Christmas Trees and watermelon products were the most wanted. She painted dry okra pods with Santa’s face on them. There were a big hit.

Hi ! My Mom’s Birthday is January 9th, I always left my decor up til at least then….she passed away 2 years ago, so I leave it up longer to celebrate her life ! She and my Dad LOVED Christmas….

What a great idea using hot glue to wrap presents. I am done,but I will remember for next year.I take my tree down and my Christmas decor after New years but I do have winter decor,I transition too.My house is small so I like to create more room after the tree is down. Merry Christmas, Theres, to yo ,and your family.Congrats on the new grandbaby.I have 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Truly a blessing from God.

I leave my tree up until February! Its a big tree and a lot of work so I'm never in a hurry to take it down.

❤I keep my kitchen pencil tree up all year and change decorations out for the seasons. I leave my trees up through January, especially this year as i was late getting them done. I do put away all of my winters ornaments. if i leave them out, they get lost, and it’s so inconvenient to pull out the storage bins out again. ❤ Thank you for all of your beautiful creativity , and your willingness to share with us ❤🌲Merry Christmas!

I have always grown mostly everything in containers. I pile fall leaves around them all to insulate and cover the tops with moving blankets for the tropical plants when it gets super cold.

I have about 10 trees on my front porch for Christmas. I use only blue and white lights. I then leave them up thru January. I love it! Thx for the lamp shade ornament!

Well Teresa gift wrapping will never be the same. Absolutely beautiful my favorite is the tree I think made from drop cloth. But, the deer looks like from a high end gift wrapping store. He looks very distinguished. Not too say your work is not high end because it really is, the deer reminds me of a older gentlemen in his robe drinking brandy and someone bringing him his very expensive gift. LOVE THAT!! If I'd known that 2 of my favorite crafters were collaborating, I'd have made time to watch! But now it's my 2nd day of christmas treat! I celebrate the 12 days of christmas b/c I never get all decorated until the 25th or 26th (or 27th?) & besides I hate it when it's all over! So I keep everything up & then gradually replace it with winter & then Valentine's Day & then Spring. I just bought 23 pale pink velvet pointsettias w/ clips & I figure they're good at least until summer! Love your white tree, can't wait to see what you do w/ it!

Loved these wrapping ideas Teresa! I have had to resort to using glue to get florals etc.to stay on gifts, but I never thought of using hot glue! The decor ideas were wonderful too. Did you see the guy who won the gift wrapping competition in New York? It was on some news stations out of New York. I saw it on KZfaq. I bought my son one of those tin soldiers from DG. You make the prettiest bows. I would kept the paper with the IOD deer after the person opened the present, And framed For next year.

I just acquired a Lazer printer because of her transfer method. You are so talented. I grew up on a farm. Money was tight, so I grew up making gifts for all of the family & friends. Hey Teresa, I love the winter decorations, and those are some great ideas for wrapping. I love to make my gift wrap look unique. I made something for my granddaughter ( 19 ) last year and I wrapped it in kraft paper and embellished it with a tag of some kind. Can't remember now. 😅 I know it was something about the tag, but she really liked it. TFS your great tips! ❤
