Just wanted to mention that for those that live in an environment where rubber bands melt together or dry out too easily, another thing that works really well is tiny hair bands (pony tail elastics).

I'm so glad you found it helpful! You can do this with larger candy boxes as well, and it looks so cool! I usually prefer to use those bigger boxes, but this little one is too cute.

This is awesome! I have two flights the longest 15 hours back to the US, I am always so bored! I JUST found you and glue books and although I can’t take scissors on the plane, I can have lots cut out w a book and a glue stick and feel much SANER at the airport and on the planes!! So happy to have found your channel and this cool art form!!!

🥰 Perfect! Those little candy boxes make such cool glubooks 😊 I made one last year with a Hot Tamales box. I'm gluing pictures of women dressed in red 🙂 On a side note, Nicole...I've been a gluecrew member. Had issues awhile back with my phone/bankcard(not your site) I got kicked out my different memberships. Anyway, trying to resolve and will be a member again soon, I hope 🤞

Just a suggestion - If you use a small hole punch (maybe 1/8") and punch a half circle at the top and bottom edges of your spine, it will keep your rubber band in place and not shift around.

Ahh how absolutely stinking adorable I'm gonna try it.but I have to say I was watching you drinking juice and just about spit it out when you said it's 100 degrees outside I choked on my juice for a sec then I realized ok ok your in the states I'm from Canada 🇨🇦 if we were that hot 🥵 I'd be done for 39 degrees today and that's plenty anyway side tracked lol I always love your videos I'm currently doing the Birds and Bloom Spring edition and I'm loving it.thanks for another great idea .❤

He sure was! I LOVE using regular size candy boxes for Glue Books! I made one with the Grape Mike & Ikes once, and I lined the inside with purple paper, and it looked so good! You should totally make one!

Hi Lisa! It is a cake frosting scraper from the dollar tree. However you can also find something similar online or in store, and look for a Vinyl Scraper Tool for crafts.

Hahhaha ask away!! Yes, for me personally, I would add images that are already cut up and ready to glue, or at least make sure they are easy things to cut if I do add them uncut. But that's just a personal preference

Probably! Hahhahaa I do bring things to fussy cut when I'm in a waiting room. I usually bring a plastic tote with a lid that has magazine pages, scissors, and a small paper bag for garbage. But for my mini kit in this video, I would put images that are pre cut in the box.
