Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel on create Chinese mythical creatures. This time, I brought you the mythical beast 狴犴 (bì àn). Legend has it that Bi'an is the son of a dragon and a tiger, and is the fourth among the nine sons of the dragon.

I was hoping to see the other sons of the dragon ! This one has a really powerful and royal appearance, logical for a mixture of dragon and tiger.

The expressiveness of the face is incredible, and pose and colours really give a real feeling of majesty! I've never seen bì’àn depicted with antlers but honestly it fits its character perfectly!

Every time I see a new video I’m impressed of your creativity. It’s incredible artwork the pose looks so dynamic as if he is in movement towards. The face, and the detailed paws are amazing. The golden touch to show the tiger’s expression is absolutely stunning. And as always many thanks for sharing also the mystical background to this piece.

hello. Is this polymer clay affected by the temperature of the apple while it is working and is there baking when it is finished? Thanks for creating a tough durable structure
