The traxxas E-Maxx has been discontinued. I was searching to fin part # 3987 Cover, Gear/ rubber gear cover plug/ screws only to find out that its not being made anymore. So I took one I found and sketeched it on a piece of paper and threw some dimensions on it. This video is of me creating a 2d drawing in Alphacam, then exporting to Autodesk Inventor to extrude and make a 3d model. Then I take the 3d model and export an stl into my 3d printer software for slicing. This part came out amazing and now when I need a new one I can just print another one. This is a completely random video that I made for fun and turned into a timelapse so I can watch my brain work from start to finish. Enjoy the video. :)
