Hey PA, it would be cool if when you stepped into the kitchen to cook, you could stop by a station to don your chef suit, like not even instructed too, just a “I thought this cabinet looked interesting and clicked on it, and look now I’m wearing the chef outfit! How cool!”

This is such a refreshing approach to game development and it feels like you truly think of everything a player might experience! Everything about this game is so stunning, and I feel like I'll have to constantly pick my jaw up from the floor when it releases it. You're doing awesome, so keep doing what you're doing! :) Edit: Tim's compositions really help with the atmospheres in the game. They're already great, and the music is like the cherry on top! I especially love 'The Oldest Bathouse'! :D

Loving this series! And absolutely love the decision at the end to leave the viewer with the in-game music and visuals, so peaceful! Also as a quest idea, seeing the sandy beaches occasionally, I think making a sand castle would be really fun! With maybe different choices of small elements of a castle that a player can choose to mix and match with! Just an idea, keep up the great work! PS: the artist for the thumbnails of the characters during dialogue is so skilled, it's an inspiration to see as a fellow artist ^^

Awesome progress! Hearing the music gave me an idea; It'd be neat if there was an option to hire live music for your restaurant! maybe attract different crowds or more people depending on the renown of the artist? Or maybe you can take over for the awesome sax solo in a minigame?

Thank you for keeping us up to date. Looks exciting! One thing that stresses me out a bit is the character breathing cycle. I think it's way too fast for the relaxed feel of the game and makes me breathe faster myself when I watch it - the same way beats in music can change your heart rate. It might fit if the player or NPC is excited or out of breath but seems to hectic for a simple idle (or slow walking) animation. Maybe you can implement a dynamic system with several cycle speeds depending on the state of the character. I don't know if it's just me but I thought you might be interested in the input because you pay so much attention to the calming nature of the game :)

I can't express how much this video made me want to play your game! I don't know how to express it, I was already interested, but the mix between the music at the end, the artstyle, and weirdly enough, the fact that you made two different cutscenes for when you die depending on what kind of character we're playing just made me super eager to try it. ♥ Also, all of your videos are really great to watch, and it's always interesting to watch!

I am so excited! All the content looks amazing. I am especially excited for the minigame aspect of the game, as I think there is a lot of potential to help make the minigames enjoyable for the player. As someone who doesn't like to turn off the minigames in the final game, I look to see that the minigames feel complete, are a challenge, and have room for growth/improvement. Most importantly, they need to have slight variation (rare events/difference with ingredients/special scenarios) that keep them exciting. An good example of this recently is the game kynseed. Kynseed has multiple minigames for its cooking as well as potion making and blacksmithing. One thing that the game does well is it makes it so that each ingredient is slightly unique, with different colors and sound effects associated. Also, depending on how well you do on the minigame, the better the final product will be. The scoring is based on the quality of the ingredients you piut in and how well you did. Some quests require a certain quality of final products, which makes it important to do well and use good resources. What Kynseed needs, though, is variation in the minigame. It becomes too repetitive. Also, in it's current state, certain minigames are broken, have poor explanations, and do not give a good way of letting the player know how to improve in them. I hope to see something like this in your game, as it is one of my favorite aspects of this style of RPG. Keep up the amazing work! You are an inspiration, and I'm looking forward to this so much.

Add a juke box that you can add to your home, that let's you change music inside your home (lets you select from all the different music in the game that you've discovered)

I was really amazed looking at your modular setup for the cutscenes, and then seeing it actually play out - it has all the tiny details you see in earlier JRPG titles (like P4 as you mentioned) that are used to convey character in such a small but effective way, and you explain how you got it to work very clearly. Excited + hopeful for this game.

Once the game is done probably can work on DLC like cities skylines so we can support you for continuous development Perhaps "Road to Michelin" where restaurant that earned michelin stars for consistently delivering a certain quality, like 1 star a singular focus on one cuisine, 2 star fusion, 3 star fusion + quality, or etc. or DLC that have advance cooking appliances, legendary crafted/forged knifes that gives bonuses, automation on special appliances like gastronomy appliances with new dishes and also special cooking events that plays advance games, researching new dishes by trying out ingredients with different combination etc. It's nice to see developer logs like this. Very refreshing.
