Do you interview a random group of people or similar groups of people who can support your thesis? what if his/ her goals are not related to the job at all? How do you make a correlation in that case?

I have another question! why pain points and goals are from her personal life? and not related to the app? end goals where the user needs to accomplish when using the app we creating? very confuse I watched other videos and half of them focus in personal life like yours and other videos saying that should be around the problem we trying to solve. Thanks

How will employee personas differ? Should I capture similar kind of data related to personal life, or rather focus only on my problem statement as it feels like I might be deviating if I capture too much personal information?
@buenvivir-live75233 жыл бұрын
Nice, a lot of useful information, but please, add the photo as the LAST element of the creative process, an image influence too much the character that you are building. The personality will let you know her name, quote and finally her image.

Do UX designers have to collect user data by themselves or the data they collect from data analysts?
@scaredypicker2 жыл бұрын
Both. There are professional organisations out there who audit products and give reliable data in a centralised location (like the Baymard Institute). But in order to understand their own customers better, UX researchers use tools like Hotjar or Content Square to observe and measure the effectiveness of a product's design on their own customer base

Myers-Briggs personality test
@icwiener99353 ай бұрын
I like the video, but I don't understand why the Myers-Briggs-Personality Test is still being used that often in UX and Product Managment, as it has a questionnably validity and reliability. There are much better, scientifically superior personality modells like the Big 5
