Foamilicous Friends!
Okay, so we alreay applied textures once. But what about a DIY structure roller video?! So a good friend of mine, Tine Maertens, told me about this great way of creating these nifty little rollers!

My dad is a big cigar smoker and he gave me these tubes for years. I was going to turn them into pillars, but now I found a better use.

If you mean sanding paper on to foam, then yes but only fine sanding paper . Rough sanding paper will most likely torn the foam.
