Very impressive, I love the hidden drawer and the corner detail.

The way that hidden drawer is designed is brilliant. The best safes don't have locks. The best safes are the one's you can't find.

I'm amazed not at the project, but the fact you still have all your fingers!

He has all his fingers because he has brains. OSH is for people without brains who need bureaucrats to tell them how to remain safe.

Yep. And the product is a great idea but there's no finesse in it at all. Such a pity.

If you change the grain orientation of your splines to go ninety degrees to the miter, it would be a lot stronger joint. Prove this to yourself by taking one of your splines, fingers on either side with the grain running toward you. You will be able to snap the spline easily. Turn the spline so the grain is running into both your hands and your will have a much harder time snapping the spline.

That's if you need stiffness when there is a load placed on the frame normal to the surface. I don't think for this box construction it's a concern!

I struggle with these videos as a newbie. I'm still learning my craft. There's no explaining whats actually going on. I wanna say how great the video is but It would be lovely to hear some words on what the guy is actually doing with measurements and all that good stuff.. Only my opinion and I'm sure lots of ppl loved it anyways so it's not really important in the grand scheme of things my bro.. Great job done there with this build. I love the hidden drawer. I'm going to try something like this myself now.. Thanks man.. Keep up the great work.

I apologise because of what im going to say. It is not about you only, but about 90% of YT video authors. We, the viewers, are sick and tired of being forced to watch whole videos just tu find out at the end of it that this is not something we are interested in... Please - start videos with presentation of what are you going to build, and than show us whole process of how you have done it. Is this to much to ask?
