Finding creative outlets has been a game-changer for me when it comes to my overall wellbeing. Not only do these activities bring me joy and a sense of accomplishment, but they also allow me to tap into my imagination and think outside the box. It's a great way for me to escape the stresses of everyday life and find some much-needed relaxation and rejuvenation

I think people forget that creativity comes in all forms. It's not just about painting or sculpting or "art" but about how you approach any kind of task really

100% Agree. Building a budget can be a creative act. Getting ready for your day can be a creative act. It does not have to be a traditional "Art" form at all.

I know she only just mentioned it briefly but there's actually been studies that suggest cave paintings were used to tell stories! That's why so many of them have the lines through it, because when there's fire flickering away underneath the lines give motion to the pictures. How cool is that??? So yes, creativity has been a part of us since the very beginning!

I am so RELIEVED that we are finally figuring out all the ways to let go of the idea that something we do needs to meet some bs standard we set instead of just allowing ourselves to freely express, create and just BE. Thank you Nina!

Yes, perfect is a trap that all of us fall into sometimes. No matter what, the unfinished knitting projects are a sign that you are making space for creativity in your life, so make sure you celebrate that, even if they are "unfinished."
