Rupay credit card se khudke merchant account mai transfer kiya hai sir upi k through and repayment kiya mostly upi transactions k liye ( cashback/rewards/money rotation) credit card use hua lekin jab calculation kiya to do bank k card pe 10 lakh cross hogya each card mai including upi transactions ... Will i recieve notice??Because UPI se direct bank transfer hua hai and repayments bhi before billing most cases pe

Hello Sachin Sir, Very nice to see your videos it's very educational & informative in nature. I have some small query regarding credit card transaction, if someone transferring credit card funds to their own Savings account using Snaypay, Bharat NXT ,etc app, By providing fees of 1.3 + 18% GST . Than it's valid or not ? If someone using this way & transferring funds to my own account , then can Income tax department issue notice to me or not. ( Example , yearly income 6 lakhs, credit card spends to transfer payment to our savings account by paying fee, which could more than 40 lakhs/year). Please advise us

Sir as nowadays We can pay through rupay credit cards on upi so nowadays students those who have credit cards they use there credit cards for 1-2% of rewards and they pay that amount back because they transferred that amount to their own bank account and then repaid their credit card outstanding from their bank account and earned 1-2% from it so in this case people are spending like 10-20-30 lakhs and repaying it and they are making just 10-50K in a year from that so how will they prove that they have used that amount for self transfer and then repaid it back and they have earned just 2% or maybe 1% from it how can we prove this?

Sir has the government reduced the reassessment time limit from 10 years to 6 years? Under income tax law, officers can reopen past assessments of up to six years. "Now no tax assessee will have to face reopening of tax assessment after six years. And in 4th, 5th and 6th year, they (tax officers) reopen the assessment only under certain situations," Sitharaman informed Between 4th and 6th year, cases are reopened only after approval from the Principal Chief Commissioner level officer and in cases where income is more than Rs 50 lakh.

sir I have contacted on given number, received e-campaign due to 16 lac credit card transaction which i have done for 1-1.5% cashback and charges asked by your assistant is 10k which is quite high , transaction done for 1% let's say 16k benifit and CA charge 10k that would not be sensible as also late fee for ITR and my income is under BEL, so taxable income will be nil, guide me

Dear charges not depend on ur income or tax it is calculated on our time spend and helping you along with calculation advice and to avoid notice in future Yes for you high but worth I checked credit card statements bank statements 2 to 3 time discussion Itr filling and many more so it is time consuming process Either pay now or pay after notice After notice fee is more than 50000

I only sell on Amazon Marketplace. My TCS by Amazon in GST Portal and TDS in 26AS are not the same. So there is a huge difference in turnover. I file ITR this year but still did not verify it because there is a chance of getting a notice from the IT Deptt because of this turnover mismatch. Many times contact Amazon seller support, but they do not resolve my problems Please, help me, sir. How did you deal with this turnover mismatch situation??

Brother TDS in 26AS, & TCS on GST portal both are different things, so please don't get confused between these... If there is difference in turnover then you have to reconcile it. If you had not verified your ITR and 30 days has lapsed, it will be automatically deemed to me Invalid ITR (i.e., ITR not filled earlier).
