Yeah it's great that they're doing more with her in the later movies than they did during the original series. Even if they recasted her so many times throughout the films. In the first movie she's in one brief scene next to Apollo while he's being interviewed on the TV and then in Rocky 2 and 4 she's played by an actress named Sylvia Meals, who passed away in 2011 although given her IMDb it seems like she had left acting long before that and now of course in the Creed movie she's played by Phylicia Rashad who does a good job adding to the legacy despite not being in the prior films as that character.

I love how they make it seem like real boxing matches are like this. No one just takes shots like that. No one gets hit that hard and that many times and still has any kind of brain left.

I remember watching this in a Sold out NYC theater and the end of Round 2 got everyone hyped up and cheering like they were watching a real fight. Awesome experience.

I love how when the bell sounds at 2:18, Conlan doesn't try to throw a cheap shot like earlier. Just two fighters trying to intimidate and size each other up

These fights were a lot more visceral than Creed 2, and realistic too. The sound portrays the punching power a lot more, the camera work too. Ryan Coogler did an amazing job, sadly he wasn't present for the second nor third instalment

I just love this entire comment section criticizing the realism. This movie (along with rocky) has a style to simulate real boxing but adding extra action for the sake of an action movie. (harder punches, longer fights). it’s more exciting and it’s a damn movie. relax

I liked Pretty Ricky, I'd like to see him in Rocky 3. I'd hate for them to keep bringing back the sons of the fighters from Rocky's days, one is enough.
