The Creek Fire was the largest single wildfire in California. See the burned trees and buildings along Highway 168, Cressman's General Store and Pine Ridge, near Fresno.

Just heartbreaking to see. Some of the nicest people live in these towns and it just makes me so damn sad to see their town just destroyed. They will build better.

the firefighters linked the cause back to pot growers in big creek. i was just up there and i dont believe for a second that a lightning bolt caused that fire after three consecutive seasons of the major forest fires in california i think its obvious these poeple are just moving to new locations after burning one forest down they move to another, i also dont think these are the type of people have ever lived in or understand how flammable pine forest are. the government obviously doesnt care and will let it happen again and most of those trees will never come back
