Literally slayed them the other day with the trout magnet. Caught an 8 inch green sunfish. I couldn't believe. It's definitely a PB for me. This is just my kind of Fishing And every once in a while you get that nice Size one. The anticipation is what you live for. Especially when you just Fish ultra light.

9:03 Last year I was amazed at the green sunfish. Never knew such a small fish could have such confidence and aggression to allow me to catch three 2" baby greenies in a row, ON A 3" JERKBAIT. Each one had at least one point of the tail treble through its mouth. Imagine being a little creature like that and chasing and trying to eat something 150% of your size. It's an excellent mascot choice.

That big wader is a Great Blue Heron.

Zman makes a smaller paddle tail. Not sure what they are called but it’s about 2.5” long and they make a color called Pumpkin Seed and it looks just like a small minnow or bait fish. You can catch stuff everywhere 365 on that thing.

Those White Bass are beautiful!! Unfortunately they aren't as widespread as Large and Smallmouth.

I always catch on little beetlespins. They're great becuase even big bass will hit them.

Best bait for any species is by far the trout magnet, I’ve caught almost every fish species in my area on the trout magnet and got a pb bass at 3.14 pounds, pb rainbow trout, pb brook trout, pb green sunfish, pb redbreast sunfish, pb pumpkinseed, pb smallmouth bass, pb white perch, pb black crappie, pb golden shiner. Lure is legit.

Oh yea them ( we call them roach's here in N.C. yellow shiners) are perfect bass bait...I told Chris about about a channel I watch called Cassleman outdoors the guys name is Junior he fish the little PeeDee river in S.C..next time you go to Florida you need to stop in there and try it out

I don't know if you've checked out temu, but their tpe products, the thermoplastic elastomer baits are amazing and they come in every color, and amazingly affordable! At least go there and look. I've been slaying the crappie and bluegill on them like no one's business.

I know this has nothing to do with the video which was great…but in the tournaments you fish, do the officials check all the measuring boards the fisherman use to make sure they are legal? I was just curious because someone could use one that isn’t to give them an advantage….thanks for the videos as usual!
