I sincerely think this is the definitive version of this song. I'm not gonna say it's better than the original, but I sure as hell like it more. So many tiny touches, like that little chord variation in the chorus and the way she puts so much passion in to the part after the second chorus. Just fucking amazing

@@ArturoLopez-np9hp I can agree with this, I started to learn French horn (I'm gonna start again this week) and my teacher told me I had to learn how to keep time somehow so I decided tapping my foot was the best option. Now when I hear music, if I pick up on the beat I start to tap my foot just out of habit. Sometimes it's a little annoying 😂

This song, in general, is beautiful. But you, you represent it, and express it in such a more meaningful way. Seriously, the calming voice and the almost aggressive, anxiety inducing sturmming and echo plays together so nicley, and the way the intensity increases throughout the song is so amazing. I discovered this video a while back, but I had forgotten about it, i am so unexplainably happy it's been recommended again.

my dad used to listen to this song all the time when i was younger, he sung it and i just grew up with it stuck in my head. he was an abusive, and neglectful father. he drank, smoke, and hurt me and my siblings mentally and physically. this song always makes me cry and spas out but i love it. it brings back painful yet happy memories. my dad left me and my family since he was too embarrassed to raise us the way he is, its been 7 years.. im only 14. ive tried emailing and writing letters to him and i always get no response. the last memory i have of him is singing this song to me.. im sorry for the rant i just love yet hate this song so much. hey! so little update since I kind of left you guys in the dark. he reached out and got in contact with me and my sister. he's texted us, and called us while drunk. but, I'm glad to hear he's doing okay. I'm making sure not to keep my hopes up, and I want to thank everyone for the nice comments. i love you all

there was this kid at school that everyone found annoying. he didnt fit in anywhere and people tended to disregard him all the time. one day, he sang this song at a school talent show, and put so much emotion behind it that it hit us so hard. a lot of people cried because they realised how they treated him. your voice and music is powerful dude, keep it up
