Cricut EasyPress 3 Review: New Features and Upgrading

Here is my full Cricut EasyPress 3 review. Let's take an in-depth look at the new features and answer any questions you may have about this machine. Should you upgrade? Is the new Cricut Heat App something you need? Watch this video to see how the press and the app work together to decide. The interaction with the Cricut Heat App is the only new addition so if you just want to put your settings in manually using the buttons, there really is no reason to get the EasyPress 3 over the 2. I guess the Easy Press 2 is a better buy since Bluetooth isn't that much of an upgrade. Doing things manually only takes a couple seconds. It would've been a better if it showed the amount of pressure you're applying in real time.

Great Job on the review of easy press 3. I have not bought one yet because i am just getting familiar with my cricut joy and i am making cards right now and practicing as much as i can. also I am vinyl. Wish me! I do want to do easy press project for the summer. I'm excited!!!!:) Thanks , you have clarified a lot for me and i am continuing to watch your videos.

I accidentally ordered the Easy Press 3 and was wondering if I made a mistake since it costs more. After watching your two videos I am glad that I made that mistake. I am new to Cricut and will be trying my Easy Press tomorrow

I only have the mini press, I ordered the easy press 3 I’m excited. I hope I love it. I already have some projects printed so that I can use it when I get it in the mail.

Love your opinions. Watching you I have gotten my cricut maker,easy press mini and the 9x9 easy press 2. The 3 like the app,and how it walks you through it all.can that app be watched without the easy press 3. Probably not. I have my notebook and chart I always refer to. I can't warrant upgrading now. My presses are not that old. Lol thanks for Sharing and your comments, and opinions.

You can only use it with the EasyPress 3 and Hat Press right now.

I have the 9x9 easy press 2. I want a 12x10. If I got the 12x10 ep 3 could I use the data in the app when using the ep2 9x9?

You couldn't send the information to your EP2 but if you had an EP3, you could use the app to look up the right settings!

How do you set up your own temperature on easy press 3

Just use the buttons on the front to set time and temperature or pick custom settings in Cricut Heat App.

Angie I love your videos I have a ? I have alot of black plain old leggings soft fabric and I wanted to add something to them what product would be best for black soft leggings from good old Walmart lol and I really want to make a few shirts for friends with pictures of family on them could I use sublimation or could I use something else thank you so much your so helpful 😊

For the leggings, I would use SportFlex HTV or another HTV that stretches. You could use this product with a printer: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q9B-orKb0rfdmqM.html

The problem is not everyone has a cell phone or tablet that works with it and without those you can not control the heat settings If you cell phone tablet needs charging you can not use you Heat press or Cap press because you do not know what the heat temperture is.

You can just use it with the buttons. This is showing how to use with the Heat app but it works with the buttons on the press itself as well.
