#TheOffice is one of the greatest shows of the 2000s! I’m reviewing every episode with some background, trivia, the deeper meaning, and more. Today, we're looking at the #Crime#Aid
episode.
Thanks to our NBC overlords for their creation and ownership of the Office. The clips used here are for reviewing and education.

I was genuinely worried for Dwight. The audience, film crew, and Phyllis know what he was doing. But Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration is a scary dude. I was worried he'd think Dwight was hitting on her

-they killed a person in South Africa and fled the country -Phyllis flirts with other men so that Bob beats them up -Phyllis suspects multiple times that Bob is cheating on her -Bob said Phyllis should stay home and just be „Ms. Bob Vance“ -there was a court case against Bob. Several women who were supposed to testify in court, didn‘t appear…. Yeah, totally healthy relationship goals. /s

At the end of season 2 Jim meets with Jan at corporate to discuss transfering to a new branch. This is because he is upset about Pam's upcoming wedding to Roy. Also in the last episode of season 2 Jim gets rejected by Pam and gets a small level of comfort from Jan at the end of the episode. This is interesting because Jan just got rejected by Michael at the Casino night because Michael brought a date, his realtor. At the end of the season both Jim and Jan had put their hearts on the line and disappointed. Jim and Jan even have a moment where they laugh at why Jan was interested in Michael. Finally Jan says "have you thought anymore about transferring? You should." Jan also asks Jim if he's told anybody about this transfer. This whole scene makes me think that the writers were potentially going to stir an interesting plot with Jim and Jan.

Hank "Dorpheous" is a legend! I'm also glad that I'm the only one who's NOT a Springsteen fan. Not a fan of The Poilce either. Btw, the thermometer scale that you put up reminded me of the Who Wants to be a Millionaire prize scale, lol. Another thing, and I know I'm getting ahead here, but when I rewatched the "strike/scream/run" scene, you can see Kate Flannery kind of brace herself for Creed's smack on the head. You can see it 6:05 in your video.....I also signed up for Discord just to follow your channel. I had never heard of it before. And lastly, who the heck gave you a thumbs down??

Pure speculation: Knowing the writers intended for Jim to cheat on Pam during the Florida arc, could him driving to Pam but changing his mind in this episode hold some clues as to what the original storyline was going to be in which he cheats? In the long term writers vision this scene could have been the groundwork for the story we never saw, which might have mirrored this event by including a worried Pam driving down to Florida to eventually catch Jim

Springsteen's "Born in the USA" is a decent album. I always avoided it because I'm not from USA and judging by the cover I though it was a piece of propaganda, and I have already being injected with too much of that through movies and such (ie: independence day, top gun, air force one, etc.). One night I was working late and they put it entirely in the radio. Nice. Besides that album, Springsteen's then drummer, Max Weinberg, was the best he had. His participation in Conan O'brien' Late Night band is pure joy. I cannot stop smiling while remembering that moment when he and Conan shot each other and Max is killed in studio.
