No, we need more male teachers interacting with these young men starting in elementary and middle school. Most don't have any male teachers (or positive male role models) until high school, if then. Women can raise sons, but women can't raise men. Men can raise daughters, but men can't raise women. When interviewed, most prison inmates (of all races) testified to a lack of a positive male role model growing up, including the white inmates. The father is the single most important aspect in the family unit. Word.

Also, cut 1 hand off with chose of left or right.. minimum time to serve is 55 flat.. Feed them Baloni sandwiches 3 times a day , with water for their entire prison term. For example, the present policies cause drugs of unknown quality and composition to be sold in unknown dosages to drug dependent users. Decriminalization does not change this. Real change requires that we repeal the Controlled Substances Act and all similar legislation in all jurisdictions. Fatal overdoses would be reduced by providing pharmaceutical grade drugs in appropriate dosage units. Further benefits related to crime reduction, etc., would be realized if the drugs were provided to users for free on demand.
