I found this because someone on Facebook asked "Who remembers Alton Coleman?" There were so many comments from people I know personally that remember him when he was here (Dayton, OH). Another person I know was in prison with Brown in 08-09 and they said she's care free and she actually walks around with a smile on her face 24/7... What a slap in the face to the victims and their loved ones. 😢

As a Cincinnatian, I will never forget the panic those two caused around town during their killing spree. My late wife and I actually sat next to them in a restaurant , and exchanged a bit of small talk. The murders has already begun, but local authorities had yet to identify them, so most of us didn't know what they looked like. Later, that same day, they attacked the Norwood couple , and were identified by forensics. When my wife and I saw the 11:00 news the next night, we were beyond shocked , because we recognized them as the couple in the booth from the day before.

Look at her sweet innocent little face. Parents, it's ok to be over protected of your children. No man or woman who is not related to you and who has been a constant in your life should be asking to take your child anywhere. And if they do, the answer should always be "no". If that hurts their feelings, that's to bad. Let them go somewhere and pray about it. Your job is to protect your children. Period.

If they have a problem being told no, then there's your proof that you said no at the right time! I've only had 1 person get irritated that I wouldn't let my daughter leave alone with him(and his friend)to clean fish... He even went as far as to say, 'you can't think everyone is a child molester' (which I never said anything about)... Fast forward to the school yr, 1 of my kids mentioned the name of that person at school to another student(small town), a teacher overheard and sent child protection to my home to inquire if I was dating him. I explained that I wasn't dating him and wouldn't be dating him any time in the future. She said,' If you do decide to date(him), do not, under any circumstances, leave him alone with your children'. Idk what he has done, my best guess is that they couldn't prove it or say it, but were definitely concerned enough to go out and warn anyone that might be involved with him in any way. That was creepy.

Mother’s when it come to your babies don’t trust a got damn soul! Sometimes that include your own family. I feel so sorry for single moms sometimes! They feel happy when they think they have found someone that pretend to love their children, praying they get some extra help. Dads step up and raise your damn kids so the mothers aren’t so desperate. Grandparents stay involved in your children and grand kids lives idgaf how grown your children are. It takes a village. Thank goodness my family is really close, when it come to the kids we all stick together. If a person need a date, have work or just need a break we take turns. Vacations we all go to make sure there is extra eyes on all kids. We run background checks on all new spouses male or female. #Stopabusingourchildren 🤬🤬🤬🤬

An individual is charged with raping a 14yr old girl at knife point and allowed to walk the streets. I sometimes wonder about the justice system if it really is there to protect citizens, not always it appears.

First of all there is no way I would let my child go with a Man I had only known for a month!...A mistake this woman will have to live with for the rest of her life!...We can judge and call her names but in reality, that woman is suffering every day and will probably never get over it!

I can't image the mother's guilt. She has to live with that mistake for the rest of her life.

My mom was this nice I’m not however Idgaf about a damn soul unless it’s helpless children and even then I’m very cautious approaching a child alone I always look around for a nearby adult if I don’t see one I ask the child to point me in a general direction if they can’t I stick by the child I don’t move them I even go so far as to go out of my comfort zone and ask neighbors

In the 80's people must have been really really trusting. You let your young daughter go with a man who you dont know anything about. And a grown man needs help with a gift??? Who helped you bring it to your house? I am overprotective over all kids mine and anyone's. I dont play when it comes to keeping them safe.💪💪

Why in the world would you let your 8-year-old to go who knows where with a complete stranger? I just don't get it🤔 And these two were #11 in the most wanted list... I bet the #1 stole money because it's more important than human lives not to mention children's lives.

I'm in absolute amazed at this story and how all of this happened! This man was on a prowl and had scoped the mom and daughter. Patiently waiting to attack and make his move. Of course, no telling how long he was watching the mom and child. So sad, the mom made it very easy for him to kidnap and murder her daughter. Aaarrrggghhhh..

I would never allow my child go with any man or anyone at all. This lady was naive & fell into this monster trip. It took a friend to advised this mother to call the police. WTF was going thru her mind.
