Lol, really? Last black CPS prosecutor I dealt with tried to get me prosecuted for an offence I didn’t commit. No case to answer.

@@DM-ln8vu that doesn't have anything to do with the colour of the lawyers skin? there is a lack of diversity at the bar regardless of whether a black person represented the prosecution...

@@DM-ln8vu If your story is true, then please complain to the Bar Council. They will take action. However, if this is all based on your own conjecture, then please wake up and realise the racism behind your words. How can you judge all BAME barristers based on one prosecutor. If we as a society start doing this, then we can all present a long list of names of bad representation of each ethnicity. Society will be doomed. Work on your on development please. Work on your own insecurities and mental health. I truly hope your life becomes better. A small change will go a long way.

@@muftiusmanqureshi5874 I’m black. I’m not generalising black lawyers. Just had bad experiences with black CPS prosecutors before being acquitted. Disappointing considering the non existent evidence in my cases. Black lawyers need to do better!

You can also appeal an unsuccessful bail application which is done in the crown court
