CRISIS the SUPERCHARGED 427 BUSTED KNUCKLE ROCK BOUNCER BUILD

3 жыл бұрынWhen Justin Haft came to us looking for a Race Ready Rock Bouncer Build that he could also trail ride we knew we had what it took to pull it off. This build started with our Production Busted Knuckle Off Road Rock Bouncer Ride Chassis because we knew it could handle the power and abuse of the Mountain Havoc racing that Justin does out West while still delivering the comfort he needed for the trails. For power we went with a 427 Stroker LS with a Supercharger bolted on top. This should put it around 900 Horsepower reliably with an amazing torque curve. Some BKOR built steering Dana 80s will handle the power delivered through the built TH400 and SCS Straight drive transfer case. Of course Radflo Coilovers and Bypasses at every corner with that signature Jake Burkey valving will keep the vehicle planted. Our electric auto centering rear steer will help it maneuver while massive 300M 47 spline RCVs handle the abuse as the Cut 46 inch USDs wrapped around forged beadlocks help move earth and propel this beast out of any mud and rocks it encounters. Top it all off with an eye catching color scheme that makes this one of my favorite Busted Knuckle Builds to date.
This build really tested us. It came down to the wire because of manufacturers and being able to get parts in time. But when we set a deadline we will do everything we can to meet it. Even if that means putting someone on a plane to go get an engine and drive it back to the shop. In the end we delivered a full blown race ready rock bouncer on time at a great price with unmatched quality. Justin hauled it all the way back out West to a Race and immediately put it on the podium. We can't wait to see all the winning he does in this rig in the future.

@@gryyta9617 the ryft was released a little while before this show. And I'm sure it takes awhile to build and test a new rc style. So I'll say atleast a year before this video the ryft was being made. So how would axial copy? Must have a time machine. Saw this beautiful truck and went back in time to build an rc out of it. Good thing the real one is more fun. Sold my ryft

Another killer build, guys; so cool. I’d love to see a driver’s eye view, out the front. Those front ends seem to get taller and taller, to the point it seems only the tallest drivers can see where they are heading.

Common misconception. You can see right through the front since it is all tubing, visibility is better out of one of these than any jeep, the shock towers are tall to allow for a lot of uptravel, this helps your hit ledges without letting off the throttle.

They have a 16 gallon tank so you can ride most of the day. The supercharger drinks more fuel. We trail rode all over at King of the Hammers with these rigs and only refueled at the beginning of each day.

I wouldn't say filthy rich. These guys are mostly entrepreneurs and small business owners who have worked hard to be able to enjoy these off road toys.

It is almost ready to come off of the chassis table. I dig it. Only downside is 14" front shocks instead of 16.
