Ingredients 材料 :
180g unsalted butter （无盐牛油）
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
1/2 tsp vanilla essence （香草精）
160g (1 1/3 cups) plain flour （普通面粉）
30g (1/4 cup) rice flour （粘米粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
50g (1/2 cup) ground almond （杏仁粉）
1 whole egg （1粒全蛋）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
Some almond flakes （适量杏仁片）

@@annyeonghaseyo986 hii i followed the recipe and used 170g of flour. but i did reduce the sugar to 60g and it was just nice for my liking!
