Hello everybody!
If you like crunchy crumble, I recommend Banana Crumble!
It is very easy to make, so I recommend it to baking beginners as well.
➡Ingredients for 21.5cmx21.5cm
✔ Banana Jam
3 large bananas
45g Brown sugar
1 g of salt
5 g lemon juice
(1g of cinnamon is optional)
➡You can also use white sugar. When the sugar turns brown, add bananas.
✔ Peanut Crumble
(Room temperature) 125g unsalted butter
(Room temperature) 40g Peanut Butter
220g Cake flour
80g Almond flour
70g Brown sugar
50g Caster sugar
2 g Salt
➡People who do not like peanut butter can substitute with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes with a crumble bottom, add the rest of the ingredients and bake for another 35 minutes
(If the oven heat is weak or if you have only one heating wire, bake at 180 degrees)
