ingredients
Crispy egg balls
2 boiled egg
Onion 2 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Mix well
Grease hands with oil
Make balls
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt pinch of
Chili powder 1/8 tsp
Water as needed
Bread crumbs
Medium heat oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame
