INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
3 Boiled Egg
Grate The Eggs
¼ Cup Onion
2 Green Chilli
1 Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Pepper Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp Flour
Mix
Grease Oil In Hand
Make Shape
1 Egg
Beat The Egg
Dip In Egg Mixture
Coat With Breadcrumb
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min.

Tried it and it was delicious! Here’s a bit of my suggestion for those who wanted to make them 1. I would suggest making the ball size a little smaller 2. You can adjust the salt since the recipe puts quite a lot so it turns out a bit salty for my taste 3. For those who don’t have breadcrumbs, you can make using bread/ biscuit. Breadcrumbs - toast the bread on pan till light gold, blend and toast slightly on the pan again. Biscuit crumbs- pick any dry bread and blend them/crush them 🌸
