I did it! Even though it doesn't look goldy at 3min, It is ready to eat, I had my doubts at first but I tried it and it was delicious! Amazing recipe.

If you're telling people what to use, at least tell them how to use it. For those who may not be sure - that's COLD water used in the beginning. It helps remove some of the excess starch from the potatoes, which gives you a fluffier inside and more crisp outside. It also reduces cook time, but does mean more prep time. 1 hour is usually preferred. It's really no different than washing rice, really. Rice, like potatoes, can also be soaked in cold water to remove starch.

It's avery good video! It has perfect visuals too, I love that. (just be careful, its so similar to Nino's Home video) but thats fine this were really good looking and the point of cooking is to share it so that people can enjoy it.
