- 200g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
- 2g Salt
(塩)
- 55ml Water

- Knead for 2 minutes

- Rise for 15 minutes

- Knead for 5 minutes
(5分間捏ねる)
- Rise for 60 minutes
(60分間発酵させる)
●FILL:
- 400g Pork shoulder
(豚肩肉)
- 300g Shrimp

- 1/2Tbsp Galic
(にんにく)
- 1/2Tbsp Ginger
(ショウガ)
- 200g Cabbage
(キャベツ)
- Hot water
(お湯)
- Wait for 30 seconds
(30秒待つ)
- 15g Green onion
(ねぎ)
- 1Tbsp Seasoning powder
(がらスープ)
- 1Tbsp Soy sauce
(醤油)
- 1/2Tbsp Sesame oil
(ごま油)
-1/4Tsp Black pepper
(胡椒)
- All purpose flour

- Medium heat 2 minutes

- 100ml Hot water

- 2Tbsp Soy sauce

Since no one is talking about the recipe, I'll tell you about my experience. I made it with chicken since I can't eat pork and it turned out great! It's the first time I've had dumplings and I loved it. The only thing I would want others to be careful about is the amount of you oil you use for frying. I used a bit too much, and during steaming, they became too oily. Don't use too much, a tablespoon is fine.

I made the dumplings today but with a different filling (sausage, bell pepper, onion, olive and cheese) dipped them in fire sauce and soy sauce and it was so damn good, the recipe was so easy and simple 👌🏻

I just made these for a second time recently. They came out so good! But very labor intensive. It'd be easier if you had someone helping you, but if you're making these alone, definitely just buy some dumpling wrappers at the store. And for people wondering what the "seasoning powder" is, it's a type of soup base seasoning called "Knorr Seasoning Soup Base Hat Nem Thit Than Xuong Ong"... which is Vietnamese for "Beef Tenderloin Seasoning Pellets". It's not available here in the US, so I just replaced it with beef bouillon powder and it tasted great :) Thanks for the recipe! It's now my go-to for pot stickers!

I’ve made this recipe and it’s amazing! I used about 15-18 grams of dough per dumpling and that was perfect don’t add too much oil as I had to pour a tiny bit out but the taste was amazing Definitely recommend

You know. I love all that it is with this videos. The making of the food and the sounds that goes with it. It's perfect for pepole who has lost their appetite to have in the background all the time. In case it will help them want to eat again. Like children with cancer. If you are so lucky to get home treatment or stay at home in some parts of it. If nothing else if you can then play them in the background on a computer at the hospital.

Since I came back from China, I really missed eating dumplings. I never cooked it before, i used to buy the frozen ones from grocery store, or go to restaurants. I couldn’t find that in any store in Morocco so I tried this recipe today, i can’t eat cabbage so i used zucchini and it turned out amazing 🤩 it wasn’t too oily cuz i used small amount of sesame oil. AND GUYS THE SAUCE WAS AMAZING.

for me, I used chicken breast and chicken skin since i don't eat pork. and yep, it really worked and delicious

@@leakypfaucet You can make veg dumplings with vegetables using cabbage, green onions, carrots, mushroom, peanuts, cheese, etc And use chicken, mutton or any sort of meat to make non veg dumplings. P.s. can have them with variety of sauces like tomato ketchup, pickles etc.
