Crispy Nilasing Na Hipon is a fried shrimp dish. Shrimp is marinated in spices and wine before dredging in flour, corn starch and cayenne pepper powder, and deep fried until crispy.
This can be an appetizer and a main dish, as well. Enjoy this with white rice with a dipping sauce of spiced vinegar (see choices here: • Sukang Sawsawan in 3 W... )
