Mashed potatoes -360g potatoes (2 medium sized)
1 medium onion 140g
1 chopped red pepper
7 tortilla breads (15cm)
Mozzarella cheese (~200g)
Tomato pizza sauce
10g butter -
2-3 spoon tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp of paprika,
1/4 tbsp of black pepper,
2 pinches of salt
2 tablespoons of water
20g parmesan
a little fresh or dried parsley for decoration (optional)

Because glass bowl can easily crack under pressure, plus hot potatoes in it and thats it your mashed potatoes are ruined and you have to start over!
