2 Tbsp Rice Flour (chawal ka aata)
1/2 Tsp Crushed black pepper
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
Salt as per Taste
6 Tbsp Water
Oil for frying
For Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Chooped Garlic
1/2 Tbsp All purpose flour (maida)
1/4 Cup Milk
2-3 Tsp Water
1 Cheese slice
Salt as per taste
