I deep fry sweet potato chips every Thanksgiving to eat with homemade spinach dip while watching American football. After the chips are done, I sprinkle Williams chili seasoning on them.

while they look so delicious, i would think some seasoning , at least some rock salt would do wonders , or maybe something to dip them in, i only ate baked sweet potatoes, so not sure about it fried, but i would assume it is better to sprinkle somethhing on them , or am i wrong ?

2 observations here: 1. Incredibly impressed anyone can use a mandolin that fast without taking off a good chunk of their hand. 2. Really wished they had seasoned the chips at least a little while they were still hot.
