we are making waffles in borosil waffle maker, with tips to make waffles crispy eggless waffles easy to make , just like the belgian waffle , best homemade waffles recipe
ingredients
BUTTERMILK
1 cup luke warm milk + 1 tbsp vinegar
#VANILLA WAFFLES
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
water
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp maida or atta
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp cooking soda
#CHOCOLATE WAFFLES
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
water
1/2 cup maida
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp coco powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cooking soda
