The five-times Ballon d'Or winner was awarded as the greatest football player from 2001 to 2020 ahead of Lionel Messi.
The 35-year-old striker has been in great form again this season scoring a total of 44 goals for club and country in 2020.

Cr7 is the greatest of all time what people can't get over with messi is his run in 2011-2013 so they cast their judgment cr7 has dominated the most physical defense ( prem) tacticall defense (spain) and best defense ( italy) league during his reign never less than 7/10 he has carried Portugal on his back and brought home 2 trophies in 3 finals messi has had 3 finals with Argentina and never came close with a way better team, cr7's longevity has served longer aswell as his love for the game he is the goat.

In all seriousness, I think this guy can reach 45 and maybe be 3/4 of his past speed, jump 3/4 like he used to, shoot a bit worse and will still be as good if not better than an average player. Once he is average then I will think he will retire.

Facts, he himself said that he doesnt want to be remembered as Cristiano that slowed down to the end of his career, that he wants to be remembered in the best shape. And since so far there is literally no sign of him getting any worse, and his biological age is still early 20’s, he can retire any time he want. And Im sure he will try and wait for CrJr to play with him at least one year.

@@angelpeep4888 I like your opinion...but Cr7jr is 10 y/o now and would be able to play professional football only after 6-7 years and I don't think CR7 would be playing in any of europe's top 5 leagues after 2 years his juve contract will end and juve might give him another 2 year contract which is not very likely TBH seeing his salary...so PSG are new destination where he might get those years...It's very less likely but it's the machine so one can expect him to play next 8-9 years

@@akshat6899 I get what you saying, its true, sadly he can’t play forever and in 6-7 years he will be 42. But the thing is there was never a player like him, he has completely different standards, his mentality is something exceptional. So if he is motivated, he can keep going untill that age I believe it. I think after Juve he’ll head back to Man U, that would be great. And after that, who knows. Comeback to Real is unlikely. But I bet that he wouldnt want to play for some weak club, even if he’s 50 years old

Cristiano changed a lot from being smn i hate to smn i idolize he used to dive and do weird things that made me like players like messi more but then he started to get wiser started admiring other players and not rivaling them made me love him and the more i look back at his career I respect him more truly the best of all time ❤️
