Nott challenges Beau to an impromptu race up a tree... All's fair in love and D&D!
This is my second animatic! I hope you all enjoy! A few details:
I used Krita to animate and Adobe Premiere Pro to add any special effects. This took roughly two months to make.
The audio is edited slightly to eliminate dead air, dice rolls & math, and prolonged audience noises.
In my last video, many people commented that the audio was too low. I hope the volume is at a more appropriate level in this one.

I love how part of the Matt visual gag is him as Levi, since he voices him in the English Dub. But Caleb fainting in the background and Beau’s thiccness had me dying.

So many great moments! I love the scene with the firecrackers, where it falls in front of Caleb who promptly fails a wisdom roll and falls over. And Jester telling them to be quiet while literally screaming, to all of Matt’s different characterizations. And your animations are so SMOOTH! Like the transition with Jester and Fjord, and Nott doing some “parkour shit”. I love the small moments of intense shading. They really add drama! Another amazing animatic from you!

Oh my gosh this was so fantastic. Betwen the random shots of super high detail, the running gag of Matt having a million ways to keep up with the two, the observations of the other party members looking on in horror at this absolute crapshow of a race, this was so amazing.

This is truly a beautiful nesting doll of Easter eggs. This & when Cad flicked Truly Seeing ‘shroom juice in Beau’s eyes at the party are two of my all time fav scenes from the M9. I’ve watched this 3x’s & I’m still noticing new bits.

Mercer being saved as "Matt McCree" is great, since he voices the character and we're talking firearms. xDDD Also, that dissonance in his selfie was Beau was 👌. So glad the most important part made it in: "The gun you have _one_ bullet for!?" *_"IT'S WORTH IT!"_*

I had a drunken master monk and we came across a group of bandits who for some reason had a gun and my monk cough it and threw it back killing the bandit. I roll played like he had caught it in his teeth and spit it back at the bandit. I LOVE MONKS!
