Last weekend I returned to a summit that I let beat me before I started just over one year ago. This time I made it to the top of the highest summit in the Bluestack Mountains at 674m and returned down the fabulously scenic Sruell Gap. Join me to see how I got on and to get a sight of the amazing Grey Mare's Tail Waterfall 😍

I am very lucky having the Bluestacks so close. I've always underestimated them but thankfully I have time and hopefully the fitness to explore and enjoy them 😊 👍

Looked unreal Niall. So green compared to the other side of the Bluestacks. Was silently egging you on to fly the drone closer to the pool of the waterfall to check it out :-))). Thanks for sharing and looking forward to seeing your video of tackling the ridge.

Niall, cool to be ticking off those tops in beautiful walking country and to have that confidence and self belief to take on the challenge👍 Definitely a good day weather wise (the wind is a given). The climb up Lavagh More is way cool😊 for another day. The valley is pretty cool looking and loved the views of the Grey Mares Tail👍

Brilliant Niall, absolutely stunning footage! Great call on winging it and heading over two the waterfall, that was class, gonna have to visit that someday now! Fantastic that you came back and done this walk too after the first attempt, just shows you how far you have come in that time, well done mate.🎉

I also have a summit failure that needs to be resolved . Isn't it amazing how they haunt us .. Well I'm hoping it's the same for everyone 😂 . Great angles , great to see you producing a film brother . Love it
