Hello, in this tutorial I will be showing you how I made this crochet asymmetrical ruffle skirt. I do love ruffles as you have noticed a couple of crochet ruffle tutorials on my channel.
This tutorial is easy to follow and you can make the skirt in any size or length. The tutorial is measurement based hence easier to follow even for beginners and you can use any yarn size if your choice.
You will need your hips measurements subtract 2 inches, this is because it’s stretchy. If you don’t want a tight fit, do not subtract the 2 inches.
Stitches used are single crochet, double crochet, front and back post and half double crochet.
Materials I used:
- Medium weight yarn size 3 ( 5 balls 50g each) acrylic yarn. Feel free to use any yarn size and type.
- 3.0 mm hook, use hook a size smaller than what your yarn size recommends.
- scissors
- tape measure
