I started making this for a dinner party back in april, have been checking in on and off. This was my first piece of clothing i tried making. I learned a lot, it came out a bit different 😂 but i love that I could do it myself! Im now halfway though the sleeves and the party is this saturday, i hope i make it. I made this but ran our of yarn once i got to the sleeves. I was disappointed at first but with the little but of yarn that i had left i made it short sleeved! it ended soooo much cuter than i expected and i can't wait to wear it!!

On row 2 when I reach the end I don't have only 2 chains left I have 3 and I re did everything on that row but I still have 3? Instead of 2 left

Hi, if I want to crochet this for my 2y old daughter, how many chain should I start with?

Is it better to use cottorn yarn 1mm or 2mm? Both are same 1 ply cotton yarn

When I start crocheting the first row I end up with 4 stitches at the end and not 3. What am I doing wrong?

Okay so at 20:32 it tells me to chain 137, i do that and then make the v stitch for the first row but everytime i get to the end im left with 4 ch/sts instead of 3 and i don't know what im doing wrong

Question, why is the 1 ply lace yarn I bought like a thread compared to the one in the video? Also my 2 mm hook is way smaller compared to your 1.6 mm. What are the correct sizes being used here? I just bought 9 rolls of yarn that appear to be the wrong size 😩
