Great video! “Crochet what makes you happy” is my new mantra for market prepping because making the same thing over and over does get tedious and monotone. I listen to your videos like podcasts when I am up late at night crocheting after my kids go to bed and love that you are now documenting your market journey! I have been thinking of starting a crochet business, but the social media aspect really holds me back for the reasons you mentioned. I’m also an introverted person with a bit of social anxiety and promoting myself is so hard for me. Plus, I’m almost 50 and am not overly familiar with all features IG has to offer. I’ve been trying to learn, though. 😊 Love your videos! Thanks for sharing with us.

Omg I have so many things to say, I watched this while also making cactuses for my market! 😂 yes! A cactus is the answer for everything and you are right, everything looks better in a wicker basket 😂♥️ I’m absolutely in love with your heart cut out furniture and the star motifs, I love how cohesive everything is! Your cactuses are SO CUTE and they make me happy too! You are too nice, you should have let Lilly attack that woman lol 😂 jk but smoke gives me such a headache I would have been upset. Also, I love the idea of the pattern bonuses for your channel members, I know I definitely want your goblin and cactus pattern! Also did I see a princess bubblegum and Marceline? Lily will bark like crazy at people while she is inside and they are outside. If I let her out there she’d be so sweet and want pets lol. Yes Bubble gum and Marceline! I crocheted them for a video and now they live on my desk 😅❤️ You totally inspire me with your set up! I was crocheting while I watched your last video and forgot to comment. I need to go back and do that but your set up looked so cute!

To get stickers off try soaking them in water. The stickers should come off easily then just set them out to dry. 😊

Oh girl!! You should never compare yourself to someone else. Your path is not your path. We all travel our paths at different times, timeframes and in different directions. Travel your path the way that works for you and makes you happy. I totally don’t get the way instagram works at all! Lol. I don’t know if I ever will. Oh well. Lol.

The "shoe" rack is actually a cd and dvd rack. I had three of them FULL of dvd's years ago. Btw.... those little cactuses are the cutest.

@@Tfwcrochet i totally need to start making crochet plants because I can kill a cactus. Lol. I tell people I have a black thumb. The inly plants in my house are made of legos!! Yup I am in my 50’s and the only thing I wanted for Christmas was legos plants. Lol. Now i will have to supplement with crocheted ones. I think I will start with some cactus. Then they can always be flowering too! Or maybe i will make them with removable flowers so they can go through more of a natural cycle. 🤔

If you take the shoe stand apart and get some wood glue and small wooden dowels. You might be able to fill in the space where the screw was and then when you rescrew it together it should be tighter. Or try using a slightly wider screw? Or you tube might have another kind of fix it video to offer ideas. I love the idea of the show stand doubling as a basket stand at your booth. Also, I crochet every night for many reasons. Typically for my own enjoyment. But also to keep me from over eating and snacking. I just started with amigurumi and halter tops, bandanas and will try scrunchies soon. But my mainstay was usually blankets, hats, short infinity scarves that and slipper socks. Tons of slipper socks. I recently branched out from adults to baby stuff. My niece asked me to crochet a baby viking outfit for my nephew who is due this month. Now i will add baby couture to my list. I dont crochet with any rhyme or reason just what will make me joyful in the moment and bring someone else happiness in the long run. You do you!! You are doing great. Cant wait to see how your market goes!!

I have mixed feelings about IG too. I used to post there before I started YT, but now I struggle to find the energy if that makes sense. Please don’t get down on yourself. I have felt the exact same way!! I found when I was following to much YT advice, I felt like I was never good enough. And those are actually some of the worst preforming videos in my channel lol 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ And just to date myself, your mystery shelf is a CD rack! 👵🏼

Lmao. I tried timing myself last night making a bandana and i fell askeep after row 8 out of 11 and i woke up an bour or so later so i still dont know how long it takes.
