If you put you ice cream carton in a freezer bag in the freezer it won't be hard to scoop out ever. Just the right frozenness....

Like cake mix and a lot of other things, chocolate chip bags have been shrinking. They used to be 12 oz. The last one I bought was only 10 oz.

Looks dee-lish!!! 😋 To solve hard ice cream: put the whole container in the microwave and zap it on High for 12 seconds. It is MUCH easier to scoop out after that….😉 I learned that trick from my older daughter! Thanks for the taste test, Pastor B!

Did you know that you could stick that ice cream in the microwave for 10 or 20 seconds (depends how hard it really was), and it will soften it enough to make the scoop go through a little easier? And if it wasn't hard enough to need a few seconds in the microwave, you could have also dipped that metal scoop in some really hot water, so that it would heat up the metal enough to cause some softening of the top of the ice cream. Both ways work. It just depends on the consistency at which you like your ice cream.

Looks good. We love to cruise on carnival ships and their signature dessert is chocolate melting cake. We have discovered that adding a little peanut butter on the side makes it even better.

Anything you can make in the crockpot, you can make it in the Instant Pot just adjust the time. This lava cake looks so delicious.

I watch this KZfaq channel called Mentour Pilot and he put out a video this week about St. Martin which made me think of you guys.
