Easy crockpot meal. I started the process in the morning around 9am. After allowing the meat to cook for a few hours and get tender, I took it out and shredded it. I then placed some juice from the crockpot on top go the meat and set it aside. I placed the veggies and potatoes in the crockpot and allowed that to cook until done. I then added the shredded roast back to the crockpot and let it all simmer for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy
